Why choose a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer in Murfreesboro?
27 years cutting film. One Murfreesboro shop.
I built this shop around a computer plotter, a heat gun, and a rule: every window that leaves this shop is a window I would put on my own truck. That’s why we’re Ceramic Pro Authorized. That’s why KIA of Murfreesboro sends us their new-car tint work. And that’s why the same customers who came in 27 years ago still bring their kids’ first cars in today.
If you want the cheapest tint in town, we’re not your shop. If you want it done once and done right, we’re the last stop you’ll make.
Common questions about window tinting in Tennessee
Straight answers, no fluff.
Questions we get in the shop every week. Straight answers below.
What’s the darkest legal tint in Tennessee?+
Tennessee sets one limit for every tinted window: at least 35% of visible light must pass through, rear glass included. The windshield must stay at 70% or lighter, apart from the manufacturer’s factory shade band. We install to legal spec by default.
Ceramic vs. carbon vs. dyed. Which do I need?+
Carbon X (Good) is the entry, and it does not fade. Ceramic X (Better) is our most-installed, with better heat rejection. Ceramic IR (Best) and Ultimate IR are the top, cutting up to 97% and 99% of infrared heat, best clarity at night, signal-safe.
Will tint kill my Tesla or newer car’s sensors?+
Not with our films. Ceramic Pro ceramic and carbon films are engineered metal-free, so no interference with GPS, satellite radio, keyless entry, or Tesla’s cabin sensors.
How long does the install take?+
Standard 4-door sedan is 2 to 3 hours. Trucks, SUVs, and larger vehicles are 3 to 4 hours. Cure time is 3 to 5 days — don’t roll windows down.
Do you tint boats and heavy equipment?+
Yes — one of the few shops in Middle Tennessee that handles both.
Is there a warranty?+
Lifetime on the film — against bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, and color change. Transferable if you sell the vehicle.
